Can I buy garden seeds with food stamps in the state of Arkansas?
I don’t think you can do that in any state. You can, however, buy the vegetable and just dry the seeds instead. I planted squash, cantaloupe and zucchini from a plant that we ate. Just dry them on paper towel first before planting.
Depending on where you live, you can either plant tomato seeds now or around Mothers’ Day (up North) or start them inside.
